Name:
Song Bo Kraus
Age: 25 Country: Germany
Physical Description: Song is tall for a Chinese, but average hight for a German. His hair is black, wispy, cut an inch or so below his ears. His eyes are almond shaped and often dreamy, his skin a clear golden-peach. Song's smile always seems faintly hopeful, and when he's 'just thinking' he tends to look worried. Personality: Song is quieter then most guys his age. His dark
eyes notice a lot; there isn't much he misses. When people first see
him they think he's shy, but he never is. He's too confident to be shy;
he's also to confident to show off. Of course he's proud when he's the
best, but he doesn't set out to prove it. He's gentle, loves
investigating things with a burning curiosity. Because he often
immerses himself in his thoughts, Song sometimes finds it hard to
accept when he's wrong, especially when it's something he's been doing
for ages and has always worked for him. He also gets touchy if people
scorn his ideas. Song is very protective of the things he dreams up.
He's also super-casual.
Dancer who sings
Song's mother is Chinese and his dad is German. He has lived in Germany all his life, but has visited England, China, Russia and Italy because of gymnastic competitions and studied at an American collage. He has also been to many places in Germany with his squad. He can speak German, English and Chinese with a terrible German accent. Because he has always known Chinese he doesn't bother to get the words sounding right. Song has an older brother and two younger sisters. He is very close to his sisters, but not so much his brother and parents. When Song was younger he was in total awe of his older brother, but it wore off as he grew up.
Song loves gymnastics. He worked purely in gym, doing
dance only in improve his tumbles until he was eighteen. Then he
started to lean towards musical theatre. He began taking singing
lessons and spending more time in dance. Song found he had a nice
voice, and though he physical performances would always be better
he found singing made him happy. He and some of his collage friends
formed a mock band and called themselves 'the thirteenth mistake'.
Song composed strange little songs about love, life, and people he
knew. Now the only gymnastics Song does is floor. He doesn't mind at
all;
that
was the bit he liked most anyway!! The height he gets in his tumbles is
breathtaking! His leaps in dance are huge, too.
He went to a musical theatre collage in a America so that he could train in singing and dance, but also keep up his gymnastic training with the school's gym troupe.
He's biggest role was Che in Evita, he was one of the
disciples in Superstar, chorus is Moulin Rouge, an acrobat in Barnum,
Willard in Footloose, Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz and chorus in 42nd
street, Little Shop of Horrors and Fiddler on the Roof.
Song Bo was born and raised in Germany, and a competing gymnast in his highschool years. Deciding at eighteen that Musical Theatre looked more fun, he took dance and singing before leaving to study in America. He starred as Che in Evita when he was twenty four, and had just returned to Germany when he auditioned for CATS. Song says he's looking forward to it, and can't wait to be a cat! |
