His inborn and inbred Slytherin traits cannot be denied, causing him to loathe those unworthy of his company (poor, muggles, muggle-borns, half-breeds, etc.) He is cocky and egotistical, arrogant in the highest sense, superior (or though he believes) and overly self-confident. To be handsome and wealthy makes it easier for him to get his way all the time. He dresses and behaves rather posh and thus appears somewhat dainty, yet his icy stare will change your idea of that immediately. Louis will not be controlled by anyone. This young man is holding much power. He's also a most charming ladies' man when it profits him, but has an awful quick temper. He can be rude, abrupt, short, cold-hearted and painfully frank or kind and charming if he wants to have his way, though 'kind' is a trait, the deeper sense of which he isn't too aquainted with. Louis is not the kind of wizard impressed by anyone or anything. His only weak spot is his sister, for whom he would do anything.

Physical Appearance:

Louis hair is black and touches his shoulders, his eyes are deep dark blue. He stands at 6ft 3" fairly tall. His skin is usually tanned, his body muscular and well-shaped. Hhe believes in extensive body care including working-out. He is never found dressed casually, but always wears the finest modern chic clothes, that instantly shows off his weathly background.

History:

Louis grew up in France for the early part of his childhood. He was raised to detest muggles and half-breeds. Because his parents kept on speaking french within the family after they had moved to Britain, his accent remains rather strong even today. Being the favorite son of his father, who is a Death-Eater, Louis followed his lead by joining the family business (a sort of French mafia for wizards). Louis agrees with Voldemort's and Salazar Slytherin's ideas, but is much to arrogant to ever entertain the idea of following someone else.

He was fairly popular as a student at Hogwarts. Now at 26 he owns THE SLEEPY DRAGON'S INN, which is a classy yet inconspicious INN for travellers in Hogsmeade, that on the inside is touched by a simple kind of elegance, typical for him.. Louis stays there most of the time, using the INN as a cover up for his illegal dealings, which are carried out in the cellar of the Inn, were secret chambers are hidden. 

Others:

Owns the "Sleepy Dragon Inn" at Hogsmeade, a simple, inconspicious but elegantly touched INN for travellers, with 4 floors. 5 rooms per floor with Louis own large spacious flat covering the whole of the top floor.

When Louis isn't in Hogsmeade, he is often found at his family home, the Chateau Beugnot, in Hertfordshire, close to London, where he enjoys riding his favorite horse 'Blizzard', a young wild looking Mustang.
